She is a seasoned recruitment expert having spent time in executive search and then in-house, leading Global Talent Acquisition teams across UAE and Asia. Certified Psychometric Test Professional and Certified Assessment Evaluator.
Graduated with an Engineering Degree and backed with an MBA. First job was at Summit HR Search & Selection, a boutique headhunting firm in India for almost 5 years. Later In 2008 Talent Management Consultancy Dubai appointed our expert as their first in-house recruiter and she went on to lead the Global Talent Acquisition function for 10 years.
